These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and cx7bet (hereinafter "cx7bet", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the cx7bet website located at https://cx7bet.com and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the cx7bet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific and promotional rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using cx7bet.

cx7bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the cx7bet Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the primary transactional currency of the cx7bet Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under the age of 21, resides in a jurisdiction where use of cx7bet is prohibited by applicable law, or has been excluded from the Platform by cx7bet or by self-exclusion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by cx7bet prior to approving withdrawals or as otherwise requested.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on cx7bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by cx7bet for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of cx7bet or any of its affiliated entities;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

cx7bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on cx7bet. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise affiliated accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any details change.

cx7bet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules published on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your Account.

cx7bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify cx7bet immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

cx7bet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from cx7bet requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. cx7bet does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. If cx7bet reasonably suspects that a deposit has been made using a payment method not belonging to the Account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform. cx7bet reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. cx7bet accepts no liability for delays attributable to the payment provider's processing systems.

cx7bet does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. By depositing funds, you warrant that all funds used are from legitimate sources and are your own lawfully obtained money.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cx7bet Account. cx7bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, cx7bet may require you to complete the KYC verification process. This requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. cx7bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. While cx7bet endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, processing times of up to five (5) business days may apply in certain circumstances. cx7bet accepts no liability for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw funds subject to unmet wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus balances.

cx7bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review.

cx7bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion, which form an integral part of the promotional offer.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to a cx7bet Account:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in an Account at any given time unless cx7bet expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• cx7bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Players found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other schemes designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts may be suspended.

cx7bet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All bets placed on cx7bet are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published on the relevant betting pages of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that market.

cx7bet reserves the right to:

• Refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion;
• Void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including erroneous odds;
• Void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity violation;
• Void any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded but before the Platform has updated the market status.

All bets are accepted and settled in PKR. The outcome of all bets is determined on the basis of the official result as published by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For PSL and other cricket markets, results are confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant tournament authority.

In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension during critical moments of a match. cx7bet accepts no liability for any inability to place in-play bets during such suspension periods.

Winnings will be credited to your Account Balance promptly following settlement. Queries regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event date; cx7bet will not consider settlement queries submitted after this period.

All casino games available on the cx7bet Platform, including live dealer tables, slots, and cx7bet's proprietary titles Double Fortune and Monster Dice, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the individual game information pages.

cx7bet's casino games are provided for entertainment purposes. Past performance of any game does not predict or guarantee future outcomes. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can alter the statistical house edge inherent in any casino game.

Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino session or slot game, cx7bet will use all reasonable endeavours to verify the game state at the time of disconnection and settle the outcome accordingly. If a definitive result cannot be established, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

cx7bet reserves the right to alter, remove, or add casino game titles to the Platform at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx7bet Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are a Prohibited Person;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to engage in match-fixing, fraud, or any activity that undermines the integrity of any sport or game;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including the use of cx7bet to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward cx7bet staff or other Players;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool or self-exclusion measure.

cx7bet actively monitors accounts for suspicious patterns and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any suspected illegal activity.

cx7bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player community. In fulfilment of this commitment, cx7bet makes the following tools available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, your account will be inaccessible for betting and casino activities.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from cx7bet for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed.

All content on the cx7bet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of cx7bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cx7bet.

The cx7bet name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of cx7bet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use cx7bet's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx7bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

cx7bet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cx7bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cx7bet makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

cx7bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct;
• You are or have become a Prohibited Person;
• Continued operation of your Account would expose cx7bet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You have provided false or inaccurate information at any point.

Upon suspension for cause, cx7bet may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, cx7bet reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the Account.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cx7bet support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cx7bet is registered and operates.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of the cx7bet Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact cx7bet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. cx7bet will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution. The seat of arbitration and the language of arbitral proceedings shall be determined by cx7bet based on applicable jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, cx7bet reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

cx7bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cx7bet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 15 above.
